In my role as MD, I have seen us evolve from humble beginnings in custom EV charger prototyping to a fully staffed & equipped EV charger assembly factory. We are proud to be an expert key player in the EV industry with an annual production capacity of 150,000 chargers. Clients and colleagues would describe me as collaborative, detail-oriented and product-focused, with an ongoing passion for reverse engineering.

My role as COO allows me to combine strategic planning with hands-on leadership. Confronting challenges head-on, I've helped the team navigate through market shifts and onboard new market players amidst our existing large-scale clients. My focus is always on adaptable, customer-centric operations and I take great pride in our ongoing pursuit of excellence concerning standards, certifications and audits.

Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, I'm proud to bring my executive experience in coaching, sales, operations and relationship to CMM. With 25+ years of engineering, procurement, assembly and distribution experience, our focus on error-free production sets us apart and makes us stand out as the premier EV charging assembly specialist in The Netherlands. Offering tailormade solutions and mass production up to 150,000 units annually, our commitment to quality will drive you forward.

Thanks to an extensive background in HR, I feel fortunate to have been able to evolve CMM's HR department from the ground up. As an empathic leader, I strongly believe in a healthy, inclusive company culture where staff feels heard and understood. I am responsible for the full spectrum of personell management - from hiring to letting go, addressing attendance issues, salary negotiations and having impactful conversations with staff. Additionally, I take care of the finances of our company. This includes procurement, sales, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payroll. Together with upper management and accounting, my primary focus is on maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our company. I derive great satisfaction from turning daily opportunities into a contribution towards our expanding business. My overall goal is always to be a supportive figure to our team. No matter the circumstances, my door will always be open. 

With years of experience at CMM Services in different roles, I developed an eye for quality concerning products and processes. Through PFMEA, Control Plan, Incoming Inspections, managing quality complaints and delegating work instructions, I secure the level of quality to all products produced. Working together with clients to improve on the quality of their products and suppliers energizes me just as much as working together with our operators to improve on the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Naturally, I also enjoy having a positive impact on the energy transition that the world needs.
